MELISSA CHAN! You need to start caring for your own emotions. Stop helping others and start helping  yourself. You've been neglecting all you emotions just to help other's cope with their emotions. This is killing you and this is why your feeling so stressed out and you get effected so easily.

I'm afraid to text you lest I don't recieve your reply,
I'm afraid to talk to you on msn lest you don't reply me,
I'm afraid to ask you out lest you can't make it at the last minute, 
I'm afraid to talk to you lest I say something wrong which upsets you. 
Basically I'm just afraid of your rejection.


As you can see, in short, I'm pretty shitted up. Well maybe not pretty, but its really very shitted up.
